Michael McCormick was one of the two teenage boys who discovered Dr Bogle's body, and reported it. He later gave evidence at the Bogle-Chandler inquest.
When interviewed by Sydney's Sunday Telegraph in 1996, Mr McCormick revealed that after he'd said at the inquest
that he'd thought Dr Bogle was a hobo, he'd received hate mail and threats. He also said that while he had idle
curiousity about the case, he did not think about it much.
