Sergeant Arthur Stephen "Andy" Andrews was the first officer on the scene at Fuller's Bridge. It was he who answered the phone call from Geoffrey Little to advise of the finding of Bogle's body. On arriving at the scene, he examined the body, then directed other officers when they arrived to scour the area looking for anything of relevance. It was then that Mrs Chandler's body was found.
